Job Title: Senior Oracle Applications Analyst-Utilities Focus
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (Onsite Preferred, Hybrid Considered)

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Job Description:

Design, document, and implement new enterprise application solutions for the Utilities department.

Maintain, support, and enhance new and existing Oracle-based applications.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve application-related infrastructure issues.

Document technical specifications, workflows, and systems architecture.

Collaborate with business users, IT staff, and vendors for integration and implementation.

Evaluate business requirements and conduct feasibility/impact analyses.
-
Provide system troubleshooting for enterprise and non-enterprise applications.

Ensure system security by consulting with stakeholders on short and long-term initiatives.

Review and apply IT policies and standards to application development processes.
-
Participate in on-call support rotations and emergency issue resolution.
