Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our corporate IT team, focused on driving the quality and reliability of critical enterprise software applications. This temporary role is ideal for a hands-on developer in test who can lead comprehensive quality assurance efforts, from test planning and execution to designing scalable automation frameworks. You will leverage modern programming and testing tools to ensure high-quality application delivery and will act as a key advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support robust test harnesses and automate high-value test scenarios to build a comprehensive, repeatable automated regression suite.

  • Lead and manage the entire testing lifecycle for enterprise projects, covering functional, integration, performance, and usability testing.

  • Track application quality, file and monitor software defects, and collaborate directly with development teams to ensure rapid issue resolution and adherence to quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading complex quality assurance efforts on large-scale IT software projects.

  • Proven development background with 4+ years of hands-on programming experience utilizing ASP.NET C# and TypeScript.

  • Expertise in test automation, including experience deploying modern frameworks using tools like Playwright or Selenium.

  • Demonstrated ability to write and review test plans, update test cases, and perform code reviews on automation scripts.

  • Strong foundational knowledge in networking and general IT applications, coupled with basic SQL skills for data analysis and test preparation.
