Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage complex projects focused on various treasury topics, including capital markets collaborating with Treasury leadership and Business Enhancement Teams to design and implement large scale technology/TMS solutions.
- Run daily SCRUM meetings
- Develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk, and technology, to ensure projects are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
- Problem Solving and Analysis:
- Tackle ambiguous questions and complex problems with rigor and independence.
- Analyze large datasets and evaluate business processes to drive strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize treasury operations.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL and queries management
Other Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of new systems or technologies within the Treasury department.
- May be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
May be involved in the development and review of methodologies for internal liquidity stress testing.
