PKI Admin - Dallas, TX
Our client at Dallas, TX seeking a Lead PKI Administrator to design, implement, and manage Public Key Infrastructure services, Certificate Authority (CA) operations, and authentication platforms across Windows and Linux environments. The role focuses on automating PKI processes, integrating security tools, and ensuring strong controls, auditability, and compliance. This position works closely with security and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and fully integrated identity solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in IT Infrastructure with PKI, CA management, MFA, LDAP, OCSP, cryptography, and key management
Strong experience with TLS, PGP, HSMs, and data protection technologies
Hands-on scripting: Python, Bash/KSH, PowerShell
Knowledge of system/network security, vulnerabilities, remediation, and distributed platforms (Linux/Windows)
Experience with CI/CD, agile environments, and automation
Excellent communication; ability to collaborate and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Automation tools: Ansible, Puppet
Identity solutions (IBM TIM/TAM), Red Hat IDM/Directory/Satellite, IoT devices
AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and cloud architecture experience
Prior experience as Solution Architect / Technical Architect
3+ years in a dedicated PKI environment
