Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of the world s largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Sr. BI Analyst - Pharma & Generics.

Duration: 5 months contract w/ possibility of extension

- This position offers flexibility and may be performed 100% remotely, in a hybrid capacity, or onsite based on the candidate s preference and approval by the hiring manager.
- Work Schedule: Mon Fri, 9:00am 5:00pm Central Time.
Description:
- Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Generics Analytics team.
- This role is critical to support strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, customer segmentation, and performance tracking across OTC/CPG portfolio.
- Candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders - including Finance, Sales, and Category Management - to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and OKRs.
- Partner with business leaders to translate data into strategic insights.
- Lead analytics for initiatives such as Project Optima, and COPA/FDP reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Support ad hoc analysis and executive presentations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Databricks, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks). Experience of min 5 years.
- This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical distribution and generics market dynamics.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with data.
- Demonstrated alignment with I2CARE values and ILEAD leadership behaviors.
- Should be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance from management.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory to have):
- Certifications in Databricks / Power BI preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or distribution preferred.
