Most important skillset:
Hands-on FS-RI (SAP for Reinsurance) configuration experience
Reinsurance domain knowledge
Experience in Insurance or Finance industry preferred
Key responsibilities:
Configure SAP FS-RI and FS-CD modules and support production users
Analyze, debug, test, and enhance financial systems tied to month-end close
Perform data analysis, migration loads, and build reconciliation reports
Identify and fix complex testing and configuration defects
Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions, perform gap analysis, and create functional/technical documentation
Support implementation phases, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post go-live support
Required qualifications & skills:
Bachelor s or master s degree (technical or business)
5+ years of techno-functional SAP Finance experience
1 3+ years of hands-on FS-RI & FS-CD configuration
Strong SAP FI/CO background and understanding of reinsurance business processes (treaties, company codes, ledgers, currencies, profit/cost centers, etc.)
Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration & communication skills, including working with technical & business stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile methods, backlog tracking, and incremental delivery
Production support experience: troubleshooting, solution design, and implementation
