Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team in ATLANTA GEORGIA. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of high-volume email campaigns. This is a technical and quality assurance-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and values precision and process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks for high-volume email campaigns, ensuring accuracy in links, personalization, segmentation, compliance, and rendering.
Build and update customer journeys within Salesforce, including creating and managing segmentation using basic queries.
Utilize QA and deployment tools, such as Lucid and Lens, to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to align on campaign goals and resolve any technical issues.
Monitor and maintain consistency across all campaigns to meet brand and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across various email clients and platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
Optionally leverage knowledge of the music or live entertainment industry to enhance campaign relevance and engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience with email marketing platforms and tools, including Salesforce.
Strong background in email campaign QA processes, including testing for personalization, segmentation, and rendering.
Familiarity with tools such as Lucid and Lens for deployment and quality assurance.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume campaigns with precision.
Experience working collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments.
Knowledge of email design principles and best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Bonus: Familiarity with the music or live entertainment industry.
