The ideal candidate will serve as the Senior Project Manager to spearhead the end-to-end implementation of the Everbridge critical event management system for a key Randstad client, ensuring the successful transition from project initiation through deployment, integration, and post-go-live support. This pivotal role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in Everbridge platform deployments, responsible for defining project scope, managing detailed timelines, allocating resources, controlling budget forecasts, and mitigating risks. Success in this position hinges on exceptional cross-functional collaboration with IT, security, communications, and emergency management teams, as well as serving as the primary liaison with the Everbridge vendor to ensure the project meets all technical, regulatory, and organizational objectives on time and within budget.

responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the full project lifecycle for the Everbridge system implementation, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison, managing all communications, deliverables, and escalations between the organization and the Everbridge vendor.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (IT, cybersecurity, security, communications, and emergency management) to clearly define project scope, objectives, timelines, and critical deliverables.
- Planning & Control: Develop, maintain, and report on a detailed project plan, encompassing timelines, resource allocation, budget tracking and forecasting, and comprehensive risk management strategies.
- System Integration: Coordinate and oversee system configuration, integration with existing enterprise technologies (e.g., HR systems, Active Directory, ArcGIS), and essential data migration activities.
- UAT & Change Management: Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, and execute change management activities to ensure smooth platform adoption across the organization.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the implementation adheres to relevant regulatory and organizational policies concerning data privacy, emergency preparedness, and communications; prepare and deliver clear project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, track, and resolve project issues and mitigate risks in a timely and effective manner.
qualifications:
Everbridge Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience successfully leading Everbridge platform implementations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Emergency Management, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.
Certification: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex technology or emergency systems projects on time and within budget.
Methodologies: Strong knowledge and practical application of various project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and complex problem-solving abilities.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external vendor relationships.
