PLEASE NOTE: This is a 5 month renewable contract and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies. Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (ie H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.

We are seeking a Lead SQA Analyst to drive test strategy and automation for onboarding a new dental insurance client. The role involves designing end-to-end test plans, converting requirements into test cases, and automating functional, regression, and E2E tests across claims, member onboarding, and plan workflows. Strong Playwright automation skills, dental insurance experience, and the ability to lead testing efforts across complex system integrations are essential. Experience with Postman, Azure DevOps, and Selenium C# is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead test planning, test strategy, and end-to-end testing efforts for dental client onboarding.
  • Identify involved systems and data flows to design robust test cases and automation scripts.
  • Convert requirements/FRDs into manual and automated test cases (Playwright).
  • Automate functional, regression, and end-to-end tests; execute via CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate claims, member onboarding, and plan setup workflows.
  • Track, document, and communicate defects using standard QA tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in a Lead SQA role with experience defining test strategy and organizing test suites.
  • Dental insurance experience is required (claims, benefits, pricing, PMR, workflows).
  • Strong automation skills with Playwright (preferred) and familiarity with Selenium C#.
  • API testing experience with Postman; understanding of automation execution via Newman.
  • Proficiency with defect tracking and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps or Jira).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and end-to-end testing skills.
