Job Summary
The global and regional sales teams are on a multi-year technology transformation journey. This role will be responsible in for overseeing the planning, coordinating, and execution of testing activities, as well as managing the defects and enhancement requests by stakeholders. This role requires understanding the current regional sales processes and documenting how the global implementation aligns or not with the local requirements. You will participate in process harmonization workshops with the global team and help communicate to local stakeholders. You will oversee the execution of user acceptance test (UAT) cases, ensuring they are properly documented and conducted.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users seated in differente countries of our geo, global developers, and business process experts, to ensure alignment on requirements and testing efforts.
- Work closely with the local business teams to understand key channel sales / end-user sales / merchandising / digital and physical retail processes and related solution needs.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and document the test plans, schedules, and release readiness reviews.
- The successful candidate will specialize in business stakeholder engagement and facilitation, asking probing questions that get to the real business needs (asking "why" and not just taking requirements at face value), encouraging open communication between all parties and building cooperation amongst the various business teams.
- Support change management and training needs by providing your understanding of the specific regional requirements and recommendations for a smooth transition into the future state.
- Ensure timely preparation and execution of tests, with proper status tracking / update / reporting, escalating as needed, and keeping the sense of urgency to stick to deadlines no matter what

Related Technical Skills required
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform
- Non-Automated (human-executed) test experienc
- Knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channel & End customer sales. Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
Education
BS or equivalent degree in Business management, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline required.
Fluent in English and Spanish, plus if can also communicate in Portuguese
