Job Details
A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Financial Control Team Leader near to Franklin, TN (Hybrid). This is a permanent full-time position, and the company will provide relocation assistance for non-local candidates.
This group oversees fund accounting, NAV review, and financial/regulatory reporting for alternative investment across multiple jurisdictions.
As the Team Leader, you will:
- Supervise Fund Administration Analysts and ensure accurate NAV oversight
- Manage financial, regulatory, and tax reporting deliverables
- Support annual audits and regulatory filings
- Drive operational and process improvements
- Act as Accounting Manager when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 8+ years in fund accounting or financial control (mutual funds, hedge funds, alternatives)
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong accounting/fund valuation background; advanced Excel skills
- Audit or fund administration experience preferred
- Exposure to regulatory or tax reporting (SEC, IRS, CSSF) and process enhancement
