Job Details
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Migration Specialist to support a critical system transition project. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SQL-based ETL processes and a proven track record with full-cycle ERP data migrations. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure seamless and accurate data transfer into a new ERP platform.
LOCATION: Local to Attleboro, MA highly preferred Hybrid (2x/week possible)
(Open to remote candidates across the U.S. if working EST hours)
DURATION: 6 Months plus
Required Qualifications:
- Successfully completed 2 3 full-cycle ERP data migration projects
- Strong SQL database skills, with experience in both PSQL and SQL Server
- Experience working with Sage 300, Sage 100, and Acumatica ERP systems
- Ability to interpret and apply ERP data load scripts
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data transformation
- Demonstrated ability to build static, queryable historical databases
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in construction or real estate
- Familiarity with CMiC ERP
- Background in accounting or finance operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract data from Sage 300 (PSQL), Sage 100 (SQL), and Acumatica (SaaS)
- Transform and map legacy data to meet ERP import requirements
- Build and maintain a static SQL-based historical database for legacy access
- Work collaboratively with accounting, payroll, and operations teams to validate data
- Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues
