Job Description
Collaborates closely with Enterprise Digital Services, Site, and Central Market leaders to initiate and plan innovative and cost-effective technology systems and solutions. This includes understanding and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate translation into proposals and functional specifications. Engages with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, align project objectives, and drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives. Provides leadership in planning, organizing, and directing operational initiatives to the various Information Services and Business Function leadership. Identifies and leads areas for process improvement to enhance customer experience. Collaborates and liaisons with Information Services Service Lines and Business Functions to ensure optimal system-wide best practices. Exercises considerable judgement for decision making on complex issues.
Job Responsibility
'- Provides leadership in planning, organizing, and directing operational initiatives
- Serves as the liaison between a technically-oriented programming staff and a non-technical business staff
- Collaborate across Business and IT teams to understand business and functional requirements, work with the project team to develop implementation plans and execute the plan in alignment with established architectures
- Lead meetings with steering committees, IT leadership teams and project teams
- Provides work guidance over a function including providing input into hiring, training, coaching and leading team members.
- Establishes processes to document and consistently communicate status of work to senior leadership
- Leads process improvement projects
- Exercises considerable judgement for decision making on complex issues
- Performs ad-hoc analyses on an as need basis.
- Recommends, implements and adheres to approved operating goals and objectives. Reports on operational performance, trends and monitors associated corrective action.
- Assists Department Head with annual budget creation (OpEx and CapEx), coordinating creation of budget review packages and tracking actuals against approved plans.
- Assists Department Head with the development, implementation and tracking of departmental goals and strategies.
- Assists Department Head with the creation of executive level presentations.
- Makes recommendations to management on new processes, tools, techniques, or development of new products and services
Job Qualification
'- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in information systems where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
- 5-7-years of IT experience with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, required.
- 5-7 years of project management experience, preferred.
