Job Title: SAS 360 Marketing Technology Specialist
Location: Long Island City, NY (Hybrid Model)

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAS 360 platform capabilities, strong technical acumen in campaign management, and exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), particularly BigQuery, is a plus.
This is a high-impact hybrid role focused on configuring, optimizing, and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, Direct Mail), while ensuring seamless integration between data, business rules, and campaign logic.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAS 360 Platform Management
- Hands-on development and maintenance of SAS Information Maps (Infomaps)
- Create, update, version control, and backup metadata elements
- Implement custom properties to support advanced segmentation and targeting needs
- Perform data set mapping, schema-level modifications, and backend configuration
- Campaign Execution & Testing
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Push, Email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns
- Conduct regression testing post deployment across all channels to ensure campaign quality and logic accuracy
- Work closely with QA and campaign stakeholders to validate targeting rules and delivery performance
- Cross-Platform Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team to bridge workflows between SAS 360 and Salesforce
- Help troubleshoot and optimize marketing journeys and audience sync between platforms
- Data Operations Support
- Assist in ingestion and validation of audience and event-level data into SAS 360
- Work with data teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and schema mismatches.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 4 years of solid experience with SAS 360 (Campaign / Engage / Information Map)
- Proven experience in creating and managing Infomaps, metadata layers, and backend objects
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and campaign execution practices
- Understanding of relational databases and marketing data structures
- Comfortable working with data mapping, custom properties, and platform integration
- Strong QA mindset with exposure to regression testing for marketing campaigns.
Preferred/Good to Have:
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) or SQL-based large-scale data warehousing
- Experience working with retail/e-commerce brands or loyalty programs
- Familiarity with Agile marketing operations or Jira-based ticketing workflows
