Job Title:Peoplesoft FSCM ERP Developer 3

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, analyse, and modify ERP applications (PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 AR & Billing modules) including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Perform ETL procedures to convert data from legacy systems into PeopleSoft.
- Design and implement interface programs for seamless integration with third-party systems.
- Ensure complete software integration within the ERP system and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to support project goals.
- Execute standard SDLC tasks and provide off-hours support when required during critical project phases.
Required Qualification:
- 8+ years of Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
- 8+ years of Experience developing with PeopeTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR)
- 8+ years of Experience developing with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- 8+ years of Experience working with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle database
- 8+ years of Experience with Linux OS scripting
- 8+ years of Experience working with AWE
- 8+ years of Experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents
- 8+ years of (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
- 8+ years of (at least 4) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
Preferred Qualification:
- 4+ years of Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- 2+ years of Experience working with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- 2+ years of Experience working with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP)
- 2+ years of Experience with SharePoint
- 1+ years of Experience with Jira
- 1+ years of Experience working with the Scrum framework
- 1+ years of Experience with STAT
