Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Grants Consultant to lead Workday Grants implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing end-to-end Workday Grants projects and hold a Workday Grants Certification.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Workday Grants Certification (required)
- Proven experience leading Workday Grants implementations
- Strong understanding of Grants management processes and best practices
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver successful implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Workday Grants implementation projects from start to finish
- Configure Workday Grants modules according to client requirements
- Provide guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday Grants functionality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integrations and reporting within Workday Grants
- Familiarity with Workday HCM modules is a plus
