Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels.

Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of office automation and system administration support including hardware, systems software, system performance, security and system network integration. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor support queue to address all incoming user issues.
  • Identifying system issues as needed and mitigating or escalating as required.
  • Studies software operating documents and manages workflow challenges.
  • Monitor system alert notifications from Idera, Elastic, Aternity and ServiceNow to better detect and respond to system degradation and outages/incidents.
  • Performs support functions such as updating software with new releases, maintaining access security, and supporting testing organizations.
  • Reviews audit records such as machine performance and production reports in support of the user experience as well as data integrity.
  • Sets standards and audits those standards.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience with a strong documentation writing background
  • Experience working in a tiered customer support model
  • Heavy customer facing experience
  • Able to work remotely, but the main hours of support will be 9:00am- 6:00pm EST
  • Experience supporting Windows PC's (Mac experience as a Plus)
  • Physical, Cloud and Hybrid-Cloud based server application support
  • Will support remote and onsite users.
  • Sarbanes/Oxley knowledge - many systems are SOX regulated.
  • Experience with Active Directory / Group Polices / SharePoint

Compensation
National Pay Range: $61,891.66 USD-$145,058.58 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
