Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned .NET Architect to lead the design and development of secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications. This role supports core business operations across the hospitality and casino gaming domain. You will work closely with business, product, and technical teams to deliver modern solutions that enhance guest experience and meet regulatory standards.
Core Responsibilities
Architect and develop enterprise-grade applications using .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
Design and implement microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs for integration with POS, PMS, kiosks, loyalty, and gaming systems.
Build modern front-end solutions using React or Angular, integrated with back-end APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Infrastructure) for end-to-end delivery.
Review code, guide teams on architecture, and contribute hands-on when needed.
Oversee architecture of headless CMS solutions (Contentful, Sitecore, Contentstack), mobile apps, and cloud-native services.
Ensure system compliance with data privacy and gaming regulatory standards.
Optimize application performance, uptime, and user experience in high-traffic environments.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to maintain progress across delivery stages.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in .NET application development and architecture.
Strong expertise in cloud-native development (preferably Microsoft Azure).
Experience working in regulated domains (e.g., gaming, hospitality, finance).
Proficiency in enterprise integrations (Azure Functions, Service Bus, MuleSoft).
Skilled in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Working knowledge of APM tools (App Insights, New Relic).
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sitecore).
Full stack development background including React or Angular.
Exposure to mobile application development and support.
In-depth knowledge of secure coding practices, performance tuning, and high availability design.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Integration experience with casino management systems (e.g., Bally, IGT, Agilysys).
Familiarity with guest loyalty platforms, mobile apps, or digital signage.
Agile experience using JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, or Kanban.
Understanding of PCI compliance and gaming regulatory processes.
