- Maintaining files, documents and paperwork
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Agency filing as per supervisor s instruction
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Printing, Scanning and Saving soft copies in the designated folders
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Miscellaneous office admin tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the work-type, urgency and business needs.
- Should be able to do time-management and completing tasks within the assigned deadlines.
