Job Title: Salesforce Admin
Job location: Hybrid (Irving, TX)
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience as a functional analyst including utilizing program management methodology.
- 4+ years of experience working on Salesforce Platform.
- FSC with lending domain experienced candidate
- Knowledge on banking, automotive, mortgage and healthcare domains.
- Solutioning experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing Salesforce solutions and integration solutions.
- Good hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Deep understanding of core Salesforce capabilities, features like sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, CPQ, Financial cloud, etc.
Roles and responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems to identify gaps, latest trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on business requirements, user stories, processes, and user guides.
- Develop and execute test plan, functional testing, user acceptance testing and perform product or solution demos to clients.
