Job Details
As a Paralegal Real Estate, you will play a crucial role supporting attorneys with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions. You will also assist with due diligence, title and survey reviews, drafting legal documents, and working directly with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders. The role includes some corporate paralegal work as well.

Responsibilities:
Real Estate (75%)
- Assist with real estate transactions (purchase/sale/leasing/financing)
- Review and analyze title and survey documents
- Prepare closing checklists and legal documentation
- Liaise with attorneys, title companies, lenders, and clients
Corporate (Part-Time)
- Assist in business entity formation and corporate compliance
- Prepare corporate agreements and UCC filings
- Manage annual renewals, IRS filings, and records
Administrative & General (25%)
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines
- Support attorneys with research, file management, and marketing tasks
- Meet a billable hour requirement of 1550 per year
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with relevant legal/paralegal experience
- ABA-approved Paralegal program (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
- Background in law firms, title companies, or in-house real estate legal departments
Preferred Skills:
- Corporate paralegal experience
- Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills
- Experience in due diligence and working with title/survey reports
Work Environment:
- Professional law firm setting
- Minimal travel, fast-paced, deadline-driven
- Reasonable physical demands (standard office work)
