Job Title: Oracle Configurator

Overview:
Our client is in the process of migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 11—an older version with significant customizations—to a new ERP platform. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Configurator to support this transition and ensure a seamless migration process. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Oracle EBS 11, 12, and/or 13, with a proven track record working in highly customized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Oracle EBS modules in preparation for ERP migration.

  • Analyze and document existing customizations, workflows, and configurations.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to map current state to future state processes.

  • Provide expertise on Oracle Configurator functionality, rules, and constraints.

  • Work closely with IT and ERP implementation teams to ensure smooth data migration and system integration.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues during the migration process.

  • Participate in testing and validation to confirm system functionality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Configurator with Oracle EBS 11, 12, and/or 13.

  • Strong understanding of ERP migration projects in customized Oracle environments.

  • Ability to document and translate complex business processes into configuration requirements.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
