Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, document, and improve IT operational and security processes across departments.
- Design and enhance detailed process workflows using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Develop and manage a centralized, well-organized repository for process and support documentation with version control and compliance tracking.
- Conduct ongoing audits to identify inefficiencies, process risks, and compliance issues.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Serve as the communication bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring mutual understanding and goal alignment.
- Support IT governance and compliance practices to ensure standards are met and maintained.
- Contribute to a variety of IT projects by providing process analysis and improvement expertise.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, business process analysis, or systems analysis with a strong background in process documentation and workflow design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalents.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and observations into actionable process improvements.
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with IT frameworks such as ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, or ISO 27001 is a plus.
- Experience working in complex, multi-departmental environments manufacturing or industrial sector experience is advantageous.
