Location: PHILADELPHIA, PA (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$32.36-$47.60/Hrs

Description
Focus on customer experience technologies and employee-facing systems.
Support the customer lifecycle including sales, activation, billing, and support.
Develop and deliver next-generation technologies.
Plan and design new software and web applications.
Analyze, test, and integrate new applications.
Document development activities and assist with training.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.
Conduct analysis to determine integration needs.
Design new software and web applications.
Support applications under development and customize current applications.
Assist with software update processes and rollouts.
Research and write documentation, technical requirements, and formal recommendations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the design process.

Qualifications
Experience in database management.
Experience working with APIs.
Experience working in an Agile team environment.
Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
Understanding of type systems in programming languages.
Familiarity with standard build tools and their role in modern UI development.
Strong grasp of source control flows.
