We are seeking a proactive Program Manager / AI Community Manager to drive engagement, adoption, and storytelling for our internal AI initiatives. This role combines program management, content development, and community-building responsibilities to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, internal communications, or community engagement, and be enthusiastic about emerging AI technologies.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain AI communities such as the Copilot Champion and AI Ambassador networks to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Plan, organize, and manage logistics for AI-related events including demo series, hackathons, showcases, and training sessions.

  • Develop and curate engaging content -including articles, newsletters, videos, and internal communications-to highlight AI success stories and use cases ("hero stories").

  • Coach leaders and community champions to promote AI adoption within their teams and departments.

  • Facilitate onboarding and engagement programs for new AI users and ambassadors.

  • Moderate internal AI forums and communication channels , responding to feedback, questions, and emerging needs.

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to identify adoption barriers and escalate issues to program leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, Data & Analytics, and Communications to align messaging and support program goals.

  • Manage program documentation, schedules, and reporting , ensuring timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Use collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Viva Engage) to publish and distribute content and resources.

  • Propose new strategies and initiatives to increase participation, awareness, and organizational maturity around AI adoption.





qualifications:

Qualifications


5-7 years of relevant experience in program management, communications, or community engagement.


Proven ability to manage programs independently in fast-paced, evolving environments.


Experience in content creation, internal communications, or storytelling.


Strong organizational and project management skills.


AI-curious mindset; comfortable learning emerging technologies (deep technical expertise not required).


Background in employee engagement, marketing, or change management is a plus.


Ability to manage ambiguity and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
