Location: MN-Golden Valley, Hybrid 3-4 days on site

Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities:

Integrate various data sources, including survey data, operational data, and behavior data to identify trends and opportunities to improve experience

Work with Voice of Customer (e.g., NOS, customer effort) and identifying actionable insights from the data to drive improvements

Conduct advanced survey analytics, such regressing analysis, cluster analysis, or factor analysis

Develop analytic solutions to optimize customer experience measurement

Design and build reports and dashboard that enable business teams to understand key customer metrics and trends

Develop customer segmentations/personas

Qualifications:

Experience with journey maps and journey analytics is a plus; experience with website analytics is a plus

Power BI experience

Adobe Web Analytics experience

Alteryx experience

Excel experience

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
