Description: Our client is currently seeking a Microsoft 365/Copilot Developer
6+ Month Contract ( can extend)
Malvern, PA (hybrid---onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Responsibilities:
This person will be the sole developer building a custom Agent for workplace technology using copilot studio, data fields, and more.
Qualifications:
Microsoft Specialist Skillset (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365):
Copilot Studio Agent Development: Building and configuring retrieval, task, and autonomous agents using Copilot Studio.
Power Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for workflow integration.
Microsoft 365 Integration:
Embedding agents into Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other M365 surfaces.
Dataverse & Connector Design: Creating and managing data connectors and schemas for agent interactions.
Security & Access Management: Managing Entra ID, Conditional Access, and tenant-level deployment policies.
Governance & Compliance:
Applying retention labels, DLP policies, and audit controls across M365.
Applied Skills Credentialing: Completion of Microsoft's Copilot Studio labs and certifications.
AI Specialist Skillset (Custom AI, LLMs, Orchestration)
Generative AI Development:
Building custom LLM-based solutions using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.
Prompt Engineering & Orchestration: Designing multi-turn prompts, chaining logic, and agentic workflows.
Data Engineering for AI:
Structuring and preprocessing data for model consumption (structured/unstructured).
Model Evaluation & Tuning: Applying metrics like grounding, helpfulness, and latency to optimize agent performance.
Autonomous Agent Design:
Implementing goal-driven agents with memory, planning, and feedback loops.
AI Ethics & Safety: Understanding responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and safety guardrails.
Tooling & Frameworks Experience with GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Azure ML, and other dev tools
