Location: Waltham, MA

Overview:

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our product team and help create seamless, intuitive user experiences across our public-facing website and digital touchpoints. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure our design solutions align with both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across the full customer journey, with a focus on public-facing sites and product-driven marketing flows.
  • Lead journey mapping exercises to identify friction points and areas of opportunity.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design intent.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring experiences to life.
  • Use HTML and CSS to prototype or refine front-end implementation when needed.
  • Contribute to design system development and help maintain UI consistency across products.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of UX design experience, ideally in a product or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer journey mapping.
  • A portfolio that includes wireframes, user flows, and polished high-fidelity designs.
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Practical experience with HTML and CSS to support design implementation and collaboration with engineers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for the user in cross-functional discussions.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and using data to guide design decisions.
