We are the Development and UX team in the Digital Experience organization. In Digital Experience organization, we put our people at the center of everything we do, and to work continuously to improve and enhance our people's digital experience. This may include access to remote work tools, collaboration platforms, digital resources, and service support that help our people stay connected and productive, even when they are not in the office.

Responsibilities and Impact:
Your work will directly shape how thousands of employees interact with workplace services every day-from requesting IT support to navigating facilities and digital tools. By building responsive, user-friendly web applications, you'll help reduce friction, streamline workflows, and create a more seamless and satisfying employee experience across the company.
  • Build responsive, accessible web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
  • Translate UX/UI designs into clean, reusable, and scalable code.
  • Partner with designers to ensure thoughtful implementation of usability and interaction patterns.
  • Contribute to internal component libraries and design systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain performance and usability across browsers and devices.
  • Keep up with front-end development trends and suggest improvements for tooling, patterns, and workflows.
  • Help ensure compliance with accessibility and corporate design standards.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 to $30. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Understanding of usability, accessibility, and performance best practices.
  • Curious, self-driven, and eager to explore how design and development intersect.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with designers, developers, and business partners.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with REST APIs and front-end/backend integration is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for improving digital workplace experiences.
