Job Details

We are seeking a talented Principal Project-Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale implementations while collaborating with diverse teams to achieve impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Define and align work strategies with resources to achieve desired client outcomes.
  • Oversee planning and execution of large-scale implementations, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Manage project documentation, deliverables, and business flows while ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with both business and technical teams to communicate project details effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-functional interdependencies and improve processes for optimal performance.
  • Monitor financials and represent project status to leadership and clients.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience with a strong ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience in project management within healthcare or state Medicaid agencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management.

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Experience with data migration projects, particularly in an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) context.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Project and Visio.
  • Ability to facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
