Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WINDCHILL Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the business processes related to our WINDCHILL PLM system. This role involves understanding business needs, designing solutions, configuring the system, and providing ongoing support to ensure the system is effectively meeting business objectives. The WINDCHILL Business Analyst will work closely with various departments, including IT and Engineering, to ensure the WINDCHILL system is fully integrated and functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide solutions using WINDCHILL PLM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Manage and execute data migration, system integration, and other WINDCHILL related projects.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of WINDCHILL PLM.
Required Skills
Proficiency in WINDCHILL PLM software and its applications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Familiarity with other PLM software like Teamcenter, Enovia, etc.
Understanding of business process re-engineering.
Experience with data migration and system integration.
Knowledge of CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or other programming languages.
