Overview
We are seeking a skilled Platform as a Service (PAAS) administrator with 5-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing PAAS environments, ensuring seamless integration and performance across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of PAAS solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring tools to track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that all PAAS environments adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, implementing necessary updates and patches.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PAAS-related issues, working closely with development and operations teams to resolve problems efficiently.
Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in PAAS administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and database management.
Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Certification in cloud technologies or PAAS platforms.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
