Title: Application Programmer

Location: Southwestern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$45.27-$64.67/Hrs

Description
Analyze, design, and develop applications that integrate with existing business components.
Support project requirements and coordinate with business teams to understand needs.
Communicate work progress with management, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Learn and apply business processes to assigned tasks effectively.
Perform comprehensive analysis of application and process issues.
Guide multiple technology team members both onsite and offshore.
Communicate effectively across technology, business, and leadership areas.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support existing and new project requirements.
Coordinate with business teams to understand requirements.
Analyze potential impacts of implementing change requests.
Communicate and coordinate with customer-facing support teams.
Identify and resolve issues to minimize project impact.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7 years of software development experience.
Strong experience in complex database query programming.
Proven track record in project delivery in an Agile environment.
Excellent organization and team skills.
Fast learner, able to work under minimal supervision.
Proficiency with general office software.
