Position: Workstation Analyst IT Manufacturing Infrastructure
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Type: W2/C2C/Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Workstation Analyst with a strong background in IT infrastructure support, automation systems, and regulated environments to support manufacturing and quality operations. This role is fully onsite in Indianapolis, IN, and involves direct interaction with lab systems, process equipment, and end users in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design workstation infrastructure for manufacturing environments

  • Install, configure, and validate workstation hardware/software including OS and automation tools

  • Coordinate with vendors on system and hardware requirements and cost analysis

  • Provide technical support for platforms such as Citrix, VDI, RealVNC, Linux, iGel, and Windows XP/7/10/11

  • Perform OS/application upgrades and create supporting validation/testing documentation

  • Train end users on new systems, equipment, and tools

  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and compatibility issues

  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards and data integrity protocols

  • Support manufacturing and lab safety, reliability, and quality initiatives


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years of technical support or workstation experience

  • Experience with workstation/lab system setups in a regulated (GMP) environment

  • Hands-on with Citrix, VDI, Linux, RealVNC, iGel, and Windows OS

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure troubleshooting and system validation

  • Familiarity with Telecom hardware, networking, and backup systems

  • Ability to communicate effectively with end users and cross-functional teams

  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and documentation skills


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (required)

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent IT experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or parenteral manufacturing environments

  • Understanding of manufacturing safety, automation systems, and lab validation

  • GMP training or experience supporting quality systems in regulated industries

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
