Jr.(3+yrs) Instructional Designer to develop engaging instructor-led and e-learning training materials (2 openings)

Instructional Designer (3+ years) to lead the development of engaging instructor-led and e-learning training materials

Duration: 12+ Month contract
Location: Sugar Land, TX (3-days a week onsite)

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• 3+ years of Instructional Design
  • Scenario-Based training experience is a must
• Articulate Storyline, and Rise for training material development
• Camtasia to develop software simulations
• HR and Financial (billing and procurement)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• ServiceNow and/or Oracle Financials

Purpose: This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create impactful training decks and digital learning experiences. May be asked to facilitate trainings on an as needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with subject matter experts to gather content and define learning goals
• Design and develop instructor-led and e-learning courses
• Create engaging learning materials including videos, guides, and interactive modules
• Ensure consistency, branding, and accessibility across all training content
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions
