Role: Capacity Manager
Work Locations: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Jacksonville, FL / Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Chandler, AZ, Jersey City, NJ / Addison, TX / Washington, DC / Richmond, VA
(3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Job Description
Candidate will participate in multiple projects and have a specific set of deliverables around Capacity
Includes Risk and Regulatory Management, Information Security Generalist Skills, Information Security Management
Candidate will work with other support teams to collectively provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
Once performance testing is underway, the candidate will review saturation test results and artifacts (e.g., AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, application logs and Performance Center results) to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits.
Candidate will also be required to support capacity related BAU activities associated to audit requirement.
Includes Risk and Regulatory Management, Information Security Generalist Skills, Information Security Management
Experienced of IT Capacity Management
Demonstrate knowledge of capacity planning methodologies. Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL capacity management best practices COBIT framework.
