Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers with trusted insights into Records and Information Management, Administrative Solutions, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal and commercial customers, CABS is 8(a) certified and has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.
The Intelligence Operations III plays a key role in supporting military operations by collecting, analyzing, and disseminating actionable intelligence. This position supports mission-critical activities including threat identification, investigation of national security crimes, and the management of sensitive information sources. The Intelligence Operations III will work closely with intelligence teams and military leadership to ensure accurate and timely intelligence is available to inform operational decisions.

The Intelligence Operations III plays a key role in supporting military operations by collecting, analyzing, and disseminating actionable intelligence. This position supports mission-critical activities including threat identification, investigation of national security crimes, and the management of sensitive information sources. The Intelligence Operations III will work closely with intelligence teams and military leadership to ensure accurate and timely intelligence is available to inform operational decisions.
Responsibilities
- Fully exploit Joint training opportunities as new capabilities develop.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence information to support operational and strategic military objectives.
- Conduct threat assessments and develop intelligence products that identify risks to national security and ongoing missions.
- Support investigations into potential or confirmed national security crimes or breaches.
- Manage and coordinate intelligence sources and information flow to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in classified briefings, meetings, and operational planning sessions, including those held at Shelby or other secure facilities.
- Collaborate with military personnel, federal agencies, and other intelligence professionals to enhance information-sharing efforts.
- Prepare intelligence summaries, reports, and briefings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform a minimum of three (3) exercises per year (Southern Strike, MARSOC, Patriot), including subsequent initial, midterm, and final planning meetings, debriefings, AAR, and other exercises as needed.
- Provide pre-exercise planning and execution to help plan, coordinate, and support joint training and exercise for MSJFTC.
- Provide planning, designing, executing, controlling, and analyzing training and exercises.
- Provide operations and planning support toward training plans and exercises.
- Provide analysis and preparation of after-action reviews and reports, including collecting, analyzing, and reporting lessons learned.
- Prepare the company's Progress, Status, and Management Reports by the Contract Data Requirements List.
- Serve as site technical Point of Contact (POC) for reception and communication with the event site's personnel, which shall be coordinated with the COR.
- Serve as Analyst for operational level planning.
- Assist in developing scenarios, injects, and master scenario events lists for practical, tabletop, and vignette-type training events and venues.
- Complete annual company and customer-required training, as required.
- Complete the timesheet daily in the online system according to company policies and procedures.
- Travel up to 30% as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and 4+ additional years of relative work experience.
- 8+ years of operational strategic operations experience.
- Active Secret clearance required to start, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability.
- Possess strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Must have the ability to communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested.
- Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-stress, performance-based environment.
- Ability to establish priorities and meet established deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
