Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and Workday using APIs, integration tools (like Integration Hub, REST, SOAP), and custom development where necessary.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, etc.) to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand and analyze integration requirements and business processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations and ServiceNow customizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems through robust testing and validation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Implement security best practices for data exchange and access management.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, development, testing, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in ServiceNow development, including custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday (HCM, Talent, or Payroll modules).
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
- Experience using ServiceNow Integration Hub or middleware tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Studio.
- Familiarity with Workday web services and data sources (EIBs, Workday Reports-as-a-Service, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator.
- Experience with Workday security and data architecture.
- Previous experience in HR technology or ITSM/HRSD environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices.
