Role Name: CCTV Admin
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (onsite)
Duration: 7+ Months

  • A dedicated security system liaison will be assigned to work with Client s exclusively, by the chosen system provider.
  • The Security System Liaison responsibilities include but not limited to managing the roll out of the VMS Installation in selected stores, address new / legacy system service issues / firmware upgrades and SSA assignments. Ensure billing of jobs follows Client s guidelines, ensuring POs are issued, NTE/proposals created and submitted via ticketing tool.
  • Liaison will be the sole point of contact when issues arise with the selected cloud-based solution and legacy Exacqvision systems. The Liaison will work directly with Client s IT and / or system manufacturer to troubleshoot and remedy issues.
  • The security systems liaison will be responsible for managing all aspects of Video Surveillance at Client s to include retail, corporate, R&I, Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centers throughout the United States.
  • Job duties include managing the video surveillance replacement project, interacting with our Retail IT team to ensue systems are fully functional, remote connectivity is constant, troubleshoot issues with recording, camera settings etc. to name a few. In addition, the liaison will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the VMS systems by conducting daily automated audits of systems to ensure all units are recording properly, all cameras are functioning and aimed in the appropriate direction. Liaison will work closely with Client s IT to communicate network related issues with the VMS.
    Liaison will ensure the AVA cloud-based system as well as the existing Exacqvision VMS are functioning and is proactively addressing / identifying VMS issues and scheduling service and maintenance request through Client s ticketing system. Liaison will ensure repair calls are completed per the SLA agreement. Liaison will be assigned other duties pertaining to Client s security systems located in our corporate offices, manufacturing plants and distribution centers throughout the United States under the direction of the Corporate Security Unit.
