Job Details

Summary: Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for clients' Commerce and Provisioning domain. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer journey from quote to cash, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and provisioning systems. Candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and customer success to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., D365), CPQ platforms (e.g., PROS), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA). Experience working with microservices architectures and API-driven ecosystems.

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional products in the Commerce, CPQ, and Provisioning space.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., D365), CPQ platforms (e.g., PROS), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
  • Experience working with micro-services architectures and API-driven ecosystems.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs
    • Experience with SaaS subscription models and quote-to-cash processes.
