Description
The Cybersecurity Metrics Business Analyst is responsible for responding to customer needs by interpreting business requirements into detailed function specifications and if necessary, for managing requests for changes to the specifications. The position is challenged to quickly and correctly identify problems which may not be obvious. The incumbent solves problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelines, from many existing solutions. They will work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate workshops, communicate research, and illustrate analysis using charts, diagrams, and models to help establish understanding and agreement from and to key stakeholders
Responsibilities
Collecting, evaluating, and defining Business Requirements
Evaluating existing business processes.
Determining and outlining business process improvements based on current business process and industry best practices.
Liaises between customer and Cybersecurity Technology and Analytics Team
Utilizing process improvement frameworks to provide recommendations along with the quantitative and qualitative results they can expect.
Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and adjusting as needed.
Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.
Analyzing costs and benefits of proposed changes to the business process to determine their overall impact on the organization.
Evaluating existing processes to recommend improvements.
Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor (4-year) degree in Information Systems Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or other degrees in related fields.
At least four years' experience in business process management in a related industry.
Exceptional executive level communication skills.
History in creative problem solving.
Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and experience working with SCRUM Framework.
Process Modeling certification.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Agile training and experience.
Strong collaboration and coordination skills with technical and non-technical teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
