Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Syteline ERP Developer to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and continuous improvement of our Infor Syteline ERP system. This role requires hands-on expertise with Syteline and the Mongoose framework, along with a deep understanding of manufacturing business processes. Core responsibilities include ERP-specific development, integration, and support activities aimed at optimizing operations across production, supply chain, finance, and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and implement customizations, forms, reports, and workflows within Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline).

·       Develop and maintain IDOs (Intelligent Data Objects), Application Events, Data Views, and user-defined fields in Mongoose.

·       Integrate Syteline with external systems including CRM, PLM, EDI, and logistics solutions.

·       Lead system upgrades, enhancements, data migrations, and testing efforts within the ERP ecosystem.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues while providing user training and documentation.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze needs and translate business processes into ERP solutions.

·       Ensure ERP configurations comply with internal controls, security, and data integrity requirements.

Required Skills & Technologies

Primary ERP Expertise:

·       Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline (version 9/10 or later)

·       Mongoose Framework

·       IDOs, Application Events, Data Views, Form Personalizations

·       ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and support

·       Understanding of manufacturing workflows: MRP, BOM, inventory, production scheduling

Secondary Technical Skills:

·       SQL / T-SQL and stored procedures

·       .NET (C# or VB.NET) for ERP extensions

·       JavaScript, HTML/CSS for form customization

·       Microsoft SQL Server (SSMS, SSRS)

·       REST/SOAP APIs for ERP integration

·       Crystal Reports / SSRS

·       Visual Studio and Git

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with Infor ION, Ming.le, and Infor Document Management (IDM)

·       Familiarity with EDI transactions and integration patterns

·       Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies

·       Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

·       3+ years of direct development experience with Syteline ERP

·       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic manufacturing environment
