What You'll Be Doing:
- Install and service AV infrastructure, including speakers, amplifiers, video screens, digital signage, and cabling
- Work with systems like Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, and other distributed AV platforms
- Occasionally lead small AV projects with a crew of up to 3 techs
- Travel to job sites across New England (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed)
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality AV installations
What You Bring:
- Solid hands-on AV experience (installation, troubleshooting, setup)
- Familiarity with Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, or CTS certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow within the company
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and pass a DOT physical
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
Compensation & Perks:
