Job Details

Location: Northborough MA

Win11 Contact Center Migration Support Engineer.
Contribute to onsite build engineering tasks during business hours and business days.
Package new Windows 11 devices for shipment, and when required, prepare additional peripheral devices or equipment for dispatch. Additional peripherals and/or equipment to be supplied.
Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate with end users to receive new devices.
Prepare shipping boxes, provided, for the return of old devices.
Upgrade the Windows 10 devices to Windows 11 with the proper configuration according to the user installation guide
Assist users in device wiping, re-initializing, and enrolling them into Global Intune
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 devices
Ensure the user has all functionality required on the new updated Windows 11 device per the user installation guide.
Maintain accurate inventory record of installation including, but not limited to, quantities, serial numbers, and asset numbers of deployed hardware
