Position: Application Production Support
Location : Charlotte, NC / Dallas ,TX
Type : Contract
JD:
- 4+ years of experience in Application Production Support in Unix / Microsoft platform.
- Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill
- Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Premetheus
- Good experience in AutoSys / batch / control- M or any scheduling mechanism.
- Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc
- Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable)
- Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.
- Good experience in scripting / Automations
- Well versed with ITIL - Incident Change Release management
- Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache Tomcat
- Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Unix, Windows, MW, Database
- Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
- Good to have DevOps SRE, Automation, cloud knowledge.
