Job Title: Senior Application Systems Analyst Billing & Payments Location: Remote Client Industry: Healthcare (Preferred) Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Application Systems Analyst with strong experience in billing and payment systems to support enterprise-level applications and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in systems analysis, integration, and working with third-party vendors in a billing and payments environment. This role is remote and requires a proactive professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support billing and payment systems.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

  • Work with Agile teams to support ongoing application development, enhancements, and optimization.

  • Analyze and improve user experience for web and mobile applications.

  • Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment of new solutions.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Facilitate communication between developers, managers, executives, and subject matter experts.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Billing & Payment Systems (including outsourced vendor support)

  • Systems Analysis and Business Analysis

  • Agile methodologies and tools

  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives

  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in healthcare systems (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills

  • Ability to influence and consult across teams without direct authority
