IT Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical writing and delivering documentation, voting procedures, governance, developing procedure
• Support GISOR reviews
• Ensure process for Risk control sustainability, generating audit reports, metrics management, and managing Product review logistics
• Develop internal technical documents and publications such as developing process work procedures
• Manage SharePoint sites
• Jira tool integration
• Guidance templates, newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with Business and/or technology concentration
• 5+ years industry experience inclusive of 2+ years Process governance experience
• Ability to combine and organize information into meaningful patterns, identify underlying relationships, causes and effects; and combines pieces of information to form conclusions or general rules
• Strong collaboration, partnership and relationship management skills
• Ability to work across functions and organizational lines/level
• Customer-centric mindset and passionate about driving improvements of customer experience
• Results oriented mindset with the drive to deliver exceptional services
• Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and in Visio
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks

Pay range: $36.18 - $44.18
