Piper Companies is seeking a Jira Administrator to support internal teams that contribute to government operations. This position requires U.S. citizenship, with preference given to candidates who possess a Secret Clearance. The role follows EST business hours and is a long-term contract opportunity.

- Oversee the migration of Jira environments, ensuring a seamless transition while safeguarding data integrity and system functionality
- Partner with stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and develop Jira solutions that align with operational objectives
- Configure and implement Jira solutions, refining workflows, permissions, and automation for improved efficiency across departments
- U.S. Citizen (Secret Clearance preferred)
- Extensive experience with the Atlassian Suite, with strong knowledge of Jira administration and configuration
- Proven ability to act as a Jira Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices for users and teams
- Strong familiarity with Confluence and AWS, leveraging these platforms for documentation, collaboration, and cloud-based integrations
- Successful track record in managing migrations and implementations, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality post-deployment
- $100,000 - $165,000
