Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design, install, configure, and document server and cloud platform requirements in a multi-cloud environment (Azure & AWS) supporting EDAP.
• Build and maintain Terraform-based automation and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment, configuration, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and high availability configurations. Operations & Support
• Perform daily monitoring, system health checks, and troubleshooting for both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Optimize cloud resource usage, including tagging strategies, reporting, chargeback models, and multi-cloud governance.
• Support change management, incident response, and cloud governance processes. Network & Connectivity
• Design and maintain cloud networking components such as virtual networks, VPNs, firewalls, ExpressRoute, and Direct Connect.
• Secure and maintain network connectivity between cloud and on-premises systems. Data Platform Integration
• Support and configure data platform tools including Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku,

and Informatica, ensuring integration and proper access control across Azure and AWS.

• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to modernize infrastructure and migrate workloads.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration records.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to agency technical staff.
• Participate in project meetings and provide written status updates.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and administering enterprise-scale Azure and AWS environments.
• 5+ years as an enterprise administrator in a Windows Server Domain environment.
• 5+ years managing Azure Entra ID and AWS IAM, including RBAC, federation, and policy design.
• 5+ years architecting IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions in Azure and AWS.
• 5+ years designing and supporting cloud networking (VNETs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect).
• 5+ years implementing DevOps pipelines and CI/CD automation.
• 5+ years supporting cloud-based data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku, Informatica).
• 5+ years experience with cloud tagging, cost optimization, and chargeback models.
• 5+ years implementing identity, access, and policy management across hybrid/multi cloud.
• 5+ years experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC tool.
