Job Overview :

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead Web Applications with strong expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable web applications.

  • Develop and integrate web services (REST/SOAP/JSON/XML) within a microservices architecture.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.

  • Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality through best practices and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience building modern web applications.

  • 6+ years of JavaScript development with at least one modern framework (AngularJS preferred).

  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and/or Spring Boot.

  • Experience with cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS.

  • Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (Apache).

  • Strong DevOps experience including GitHub, Bamboo, and SonarQube.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design and responsive web development best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Prior experience collaborating with global or offshore development teams is a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to QA your own work.
